ABOUT ME

My Dynamic Yoga teachings are based on Ashtanga Yoga, where you do the same postures in the same order every time. While, the sequence is progressive in that each posture is built on the information received from previous ones, I have carefully put together my own Vinyasa sequence to bring out the inner strength, power and mindfulness. My teachings offer something for everybody, regardless of their age, gender, race, size, shape, background, and fitness level.

My class is certain to warm the body, resulting in sweat, the removal of toxins and the purification of the body, mind and nervous system. Practitioners develop strength, flexibility, stamina and an overall sense of wellbeing.
