About Me

About Me

My journey with yoga began over a decade ago, as I have been a dedicated practitioner for many years, including several years of intensive study under Mysore Ashtanga Style expert Suresh Bhat. What started as a physical practice quickly transformed into a deep passion for mindfulness, breathwork, and holistic well-being, leading to more than six years of professional teaching experience in London and the UAE.

I completed my 200-Hour Intensive Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India. Since then, I have furthered my education through training with world-renowned teachers, including world famous Ashtanga Guru, Sharath Jois; and workshops with Kino MacGregor, Adam Keen, and John Scott.

In my classes, I focus on creating a welcoming, safe environment where students of all backgrounds and skill levels can build strength and flexibility through alignment-based Ashtanga Yoga or focus on balancing the body and mind through physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation with Hatha Yoga, or find deep release with restorative yoga.

Whether you are a complete beginner stepping onto the mat for the first time or an experienced practitioner looking to refine your practice, I am here to guide you with a patient and observant approach. My goal is to help you integrate movement meditation or injury management into a sustainable wellness journey.

When I’m not on the mat, I love to travel and explore new cultures and places.
